You can request permanent deletion of your Tukua AI account and personal data at any time.

Submit your deletion request

Email privacy@tukua.ai with the subject Delete my Tukua AI account.

Include the email address or phone number linked to your account so we can identify it. Do not include passwords or PINs.

Your profile, chat history, saved opportunities, event registrations, and uploaded documents.
Your active subscription and usage counters, subject to retention obligations below.

M-Pesa transaction records may be retained up to 7 years as required by Kenyan tax law.
Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics may be retained without personal identifiers.

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
