General policy
Digital subscriptions, prompts, credits, and tokens are generally non-refundable once delivered or used.
Exceptions
- Duplicate charges.
- Confirmed technical failure preventing access to a paid service.
- Fraudulent or unauthorised payments, subject to verification.
Request review
Email support@tukua.ai with the payment phone number, transaction reference, date, and issue.
