For Google Play Data Safety and Kenya Data Protection Act compliance.
Request account and data deletion
- Open the Tukua AI account deletion page.
- Enter the email address or phone number registered to your account.
- Submit your request. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
What is removed
- Profile information including name, email, phone, ID number, county, bio, and avatar.
- Chat history with Tukua AI.
- Saved opportunities, event registrations, and uploaded documents.
- Subscription records, usage counters, and geolocation cache where legally deletable.
What may be retained
- M-Pesa transaction records retained for up to 7 years where required by Kenyan tax law.
- Anonymised aggregate usage statistics that do not identify you.
If you cannot access your account
Email privacy@tukua.ai from the email address you used to register with the subject Delete my data.
